Availability and politeness of staff. Decoration is very nice. Can't speak about spa as we did not get the opportunity to enjoy it due to our own program.

The room seemed clean and amazing, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It had a warm atmosphere and pleasant views to the lake: )

Had a nice stay at Piramida Park! The unique pyramid design and attentive service stood out. Breakfast was good, especially the pastries! 😊

pool was out of use, room smelt of stale smoke and there was no food available after 11pm

Staff is excellent, very helpful. Pool was ok. Very clean hotel. Food was great. Not too many options if you are vegetarian. Food looked organic, natural. Near a nice lake.

I think this should be a 4-star hotel. No windows, no fresh air. There are small things, one small thin pillow, please more pillows. Old crt tv, not too many channels.

Bathrooms showed significant neglect. Dirt and potential mold evident. Air conditioning ineffective with dusty airflow, risking discomfort for sensitive guests. Breakfast options limited and poorly maintained, lacking variety and freshness, such as cold scrambled eggs and insufficient replenishment of items. The swimming pool felt cramped, and maintenance of other facilities, like showers and saunas, seemed lacking, impacting the overall enjoyment of wellness offerings.

Absolutely nothing screams 4-star like a room not being cleaned and a half-empty breakfast buffet, oh joy! While I was ready to drool over some good rolls, I found myself pondering if I woudl ve been better off with cereal. Is it too much to expect complimentary toiletries? Nearly gave them a good review, but just couldn't!

Pool was nice, water was not too cold.

Second night of stay there was no COLD water, which made the water too hot to touch. The next morning there was cold water again, but the water was RED and nasty. There was a thunderstorm that day which was probably the cause.

I am very nice surprised with staying at this hotel. I got a free upgrade

We enjoyed some quality relaxation at the spa and had a blast playing tennis. The staff was super helpful. The location was a great base for exploring nearby attractions too. Don't miss out on the wellness facilities. They were definitely worth it!

The only downside was the breakfast experience. We had to wait a while for pancakes to arrive.

Great location near a lovely lake, with an amazing buffet-style breakfast! The in-room dining was good and the restaurant staff were very attentive.

The air conditioning could use improvement as it wasn't very effective .

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist team of Ada and Michael, who made enquires for us to the airport regarding our return trip because of the flight problems caused by the Icelandic dust cloud. The room was very spacious, and we particularly liked having a bath, rather than the normal shower, it was a great place to relax after a long day walking and sightseeing.
